Welcome to Texas NAVHDA

MoandCrue Home Page ImageThe Texas Chapter is made-up of dedicated men and women from all walks of life. We have avid hunters, pofessional trainers, breeders, showmen, and weekend warriors who are only interested in allowing their dogs the opportunity to exercise their natural skills. We are happy to welcome all levels of versatile dog enthusiast, and encourage those interested to visit us on one of our monthly training days. What you will find is a group of friendly people promoting, fostering, and improving the versatile hunting dog breeds, to conserve game by using well trained reliable hunting dogs before and after the shot; and to aid in the prevention of cruelty to animals by discouraging nonselective and uncontrolled breeding, which produces unwanted and uncared for dogs in the GREAT state of TEXAS. Come join us!

The Texas Chapter is excited to announce we will be holding a 3 day test on December 9th, 10th and 11th.   Applications are now being taken for NA, UPT and UT tests.  Follow the link below to our December test information and policies.
